He files his account current by which it appears that the
Amount in his hands at last settlement was $271.53 He
files Vouchers Nos. 11, 12, 13, & 14 amounting in the aggregate
to the Sum of $32.45 which are allowed by the Court &
posted to his Credit leaving a balance for Distribution
of $239.08 which he pays into Court any which closes
his trusts in full, and the Clerk of this Court is directed
and ordered to give due notice to the Heirs of said Decd to
appear in this Court at its next Term prove their heir ship
and receive their Distribution in Said Estate respectively.

In appearing to the satisfaction of the court that David Miller, Andrew Miller, and Heirs of Mary Travis, Elizabeth Smith and husband, Margaret Adams & husband, and the Heirs of Sarah Adams, are the Only heirs of said decedent entitled to a distributive share of said Estate, William Miller having received his full share and that advancements have been made to said Heirs as follows---David Miller $7.25 Andrew Miller $65.50 Elizabeth Smith & husband $18.50 Margaret Adams & husband $36.75, The Heirs of Sarah Adams $25.25 making $151.25. It is therefore finally ordered & decreed that the Clerk of the Court pay this money in his hands that the same be distributed as follows
